About us – MagaVena

Who are we?

MagaVena is an interdisciplinary research and development company founded in 2020 by physicians, molecular biologists and plant biotechnologists who share a passion for science, nature and human health.

From the beginning, our goal has been to discover and develop bioattractors - natural, reactive plant molecules with enormous therapeutic potential - based on the most up-to-date scientific achievements, including chronomedicine and chronobiology.

Our mission: to restore the body's balance and support its regeneration, taking into account the natural biological rhythms of life.

The Story of MagaVena

2020 – Foundations

The company was founded by a team of specialists who saw the need to integrate modern science with traditional knowledge of medicinal plants. 2020 – Foundations and research on xanthohumol and COVID-19.

In the first year of our activity, we began intensive research on the effect of natural plant compounds on viral infections.

We paid particular attention to xanthohumol – a flavonoid found in hops – which in vitro studies showed antiviral potential and anti-inflammatory properties.

We analyzed the possibility of using xanthohumol as support in limiting the cytokine storm and protecting lung cells during COVID-19 infection.

This was one of our first research projects, which established the direction of MagaVen's development towards the integration of bioactive plant metabolites and the latest medical knowledge.
2021 – Pioneering research on bees

2021 – Pioneering research on bees

We have launched an innovative project on the use of bioattractors in protecting the health of bees, which are key to the global ecosystem.

Studies have shown that natural bioattractants can support the immunity of bees, stabilizing their microbiota and protecting against viral and parasitic infections.

In our projects, we took into account the cycles of bee activity and seasonal changes in the environment, in accordance with the principles of chronobiology.

2022 – Research on reducing inflammation in humans
(X8 - Ksantohumol)

We expanded our activities to include research on chronic inflammation in humans. We analyzed the effect of bioattractors on molecular inflammatory pathways (cytokines, inflammatory mediators) in relation to circadian rhythms — in line with the knowledge that inflammatory processes intensify or weaken depending on the time of day.

Our bioattractors were designed and tested to work in harmony with the body's natural immune rhythms, maximizing effectiveness and minimizing side effects.

2023 – Total liver regeneration

2023 – Total liver regeneration

(ALMANTAYA - Complex of molecules from 8 plants)

In response to the challenges of modern medicine, we focused on liver regeneration — a key organ for detoxification and metabolism, subject to strong circadian rhythms.

The developed bioattractors supported the repair processes of hepatocytes, taking into account the maximum regenerative activity of liver cells, which naturally increases at night.

Our studies show that the use of extracts at specific times of the day can significantly increase the effectiveness of the therapy.

2024 – Gut Microbiota

(MAKAMALA - Rottlerine)

We have implemented research projects on bioattractors supporting the health of the intestinal microbiota in patients with Crohn's disease.

We took into account the circadian rhythm of the microbiome - the variability of its composition and enzymatic activity during the day - and the natural fluctuations of the intestinal mucosa immunity.

Thanks to this, our bioattractants not only reduce inflammation, but also stabilize the intestinal environment in the most optimal phases of the day.

2024/2025 – Anti-cancer research

2024/2025 – Anti-cancer research

(DiSOLE - Carnosol, Norursa, Noroleana)

We are currently intensively developing research on the anti-cancer effects of bioattractors.

In our projects, we analyze the influence of cellular rhythmics (chronotherapy) on the effectiveness of bioactive compounds - we know that cancer cell cycles differ from those of healthy cells, so optimal administration of bioattractors can increase their selectivity and effectiveness of anti-cancer effects.
